Glamorous Wedding Of Xerona Duke To Derin Philips

Former Governor of Cross Rivers State, His Excellency, Mr Donald Duke & wife Onari Duke finally gave their first daughter - Xerona Duke to Derin Phillips, son of Engr Lanre Phillips and Chief (Mrs) Teju Phillips (the first daughter of the late billionaire and diplomat extraordinaire – Ambassador Anthonio Dehinde Fernandez)

It was all glitz and glamour last Saturday when the Former Governor of Cross Rivers State, His Excellency, Mr Donald Duke & wife Onari Duke finally gave their first daughter – Xerona Duke to Derin Phillips, son of Engr Lanre Phillips and Chief (Mrs) Teju Phillips (the first daughter of the late billionaire and diplomat extraordinaire – Ambassador Anthonio Dehinde Fernandez)

The classic ceremony wrapped in majesty started from a church service at RCCG, Olive Parish in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos which was attended by the Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo & his delectable wife Dolapo then to the lavishly decorated Balmoral Hall of the Federal Palace Hotel which hosted the crème de la crème in a reception that locked down the Ahmadu Bello part of Victoria Island.

VIPs that graced the occasion were innumerable amongst which were business tycoons like Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola, Tony Elumelu, Jim Ovia, Sir Kessington Adebutu (Baba Ijebu), Alhaji Rasaq Okoya and wife Sade Okoya, others were Dele Momodu, Odein Ajumogobia, Sanusi Daggash, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Musiliu Obanikoro, Oba of Lagos, ace comedian Ali Baba, Erelu Abiola Dosunmu, Kemi Nelson, Senator Florence Ita Giwa, Chief (Mrs) Abbah Folawiyo, Nollywood actress – Omotola Jalade Ekehinde etc. As the evening turned into the darkness of the night came the Former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori accompanied by his friend and also a Former Governor of Edo State – Chief Lucky Igbinedon to also share in the bliss of the day.

I wish Derin and Xerona Phillips all that it takes to find peace and joy throughout the days of their lives together as husband and wife in Jesus Name.

CONGRATULATIONS
